Ha Long Bay-A Limestone Wonder

Ranked third, Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO site known for its surreal beauty, cool breezes, and limestone islands, perfect for a summer getaway.

Visitors can explore the bay by cruise, kayak, or take in the view from the Queen Cable Car. At night, they can enjoy Bai Chay Beach, Vui Phet Night Market, and nearby bars and restaurants, stay at Oakwood Ha Long or relax at Yoko Onsen.

Hoi An-A living museum

Ranked eighth, Hoi An charms visitors with its ancient houses, colourful lanterns, and peaceful atmosphere. Known as a “living museum,” it blends tradition with modern life.

Many enjoy relaxing with coffee while looking over the old town. From Hoi An, travellers often head to nearby Da Nang for mountain-to-sea adventures, luxury resorts, and famous spots like Ba Na Hills, the Golden Bridge, and the conical-hat-inspired glass cone at Solar Eclipse Square.

Sa Pa- Romance in the clouds

Described by Gulf News as a unique slice of Southeast Asia, Sa Pa charms with cool weather, scenic rice terraces, and vibrant ethnic culture.

From the 3,143m peak of Fansipan, the “Roof of Indochina,” visitors can take in breathtaking cloud views. Sun World Fansipan Legend adds charm with temples and Asia’s highest bronze Amitabha Buddha. A cable car makes access easy, and Hotel de la Coupole-MGallery offers a touch of French luxury in central Sa Pa.

Other top Southeast Asian spots include Bali, Luang Prabang, Penang, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, Bagan, Palawan, Cebu, and Singapore. All showcase the region’s beauty and variety.
