The 10th Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival of the North East ethnic groups organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province will take place in 3 days, from September 19-21 in Vinh Phuc province. Phuc.

With the theme "Preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the ethnic groups in the Northeast in the period of renewal - integration and sustainable development of the country", the festival will take place cultural and artistic activities, exhibitions and tours. In which, focus on activities: performances, introduction of festival excerpts, rituals of traditional cultural activities; mass art festival; performing traditional national costumes; exhibiting, introducing and promoting the typical culture of ethnic groups; display and introduce ethnic cuisine; traditional sports activities and ethnic folk games; photo exhibition on tourism with the theme "Cultural features of the Northeast region"; "Tourism and culinary fair of the Northeast and neighboring provinces - Vinh Phuc 2018".

Within the framework of the Festival, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will coordinate to organize a Conference to review the 5-year implementation of Decision No. 4686/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 31, 2013 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on approving the Scheme for periodic organization. “Festivals, cultural exchanges, cultural exchanges in the area of ​​ethnic minorities” by region and nationwide in the period 2013-2020.
