Program:

The Market Tour

Your chef will accompany you to the market, and together, you will shop like a local for the ingredients for the ensuing cooking class. Experience the local market where your chef will demystify the local produce and encourage you to taste along the way.

In the Kitchen at Hanoi Food Culture

Back in the kitchen, you will prepare dishes under the guidance of our experienced chefs at your own workstation and each workshop will conclude with enjoying the food you have prepared.

Daily Classes (times include the Market Tour) or Private Class

• Morning class:  9:00 – 12:30
• Afternoon class: 15:00 - 18:30 
• Itinerary.

9:00 / 15:00 – Your Chef will meet you at the meeting point 60 Phat Loc Street (Hanoi Food Culture Restaurant & Cooking Class).

9:15 / 15:15 – Your Chef will take you on the Market Tour and explain the Vietnamese ingredients locals use as you experience the Hanoi daily market life. You will also get to sample of street food experiences at the market if you wish.

9:45 / 16:15 – In the kitchen, you will be given an overview on the recipes, ingredients and what to expect in your cooking class.

10:30 / 16:45– Back in the Hanoi Food Culture kitchen, you will transform the ingredients into authentic Vietnamese food. Detailed instructions & recipes for you to keep will be provided.

12:30 / 18:30 – Time to enjoy your hard work!

Note: Menu above applied for group below 15 pax. If more than 15 pax please kindly contact us for more information.You can also choose Green Papaya salad or Banana Bloomsome for the alternative or chose Pho Bo or Pho Ga (Rice Noodle with Beef or Chicken) instead of Bun cha (Grill Pork). But we would like to introduce to you some dishes which you can make at your home country due to the availability and timing.
