Coming to the “Land of Sounds”, visitors will have the opportunity to experience 3 unique tourist routes: (1) Rhapsody of Fire and Water, (2) Wind of Change Concerto (3) Sound of the Earth. Explora Sound belongs to the “Sound of the Earth” route.
Explora Sound is located in Gia Nghia City, Dak Nong Province, built inside the Dak Nong Provincial Cultural Center on a total area of about 200m2. The exhibition area has a total of 8 rooms divided into 7 themes featuring sounds from many materials, including the sound of stone, the sound of wind, the sound of fire, the sound of water, the sound of wood, the sound of light and the sound of people. They are inspired by the five elements: metal, wood, water, fire, earth with mutual correlation.
Visiting the sound house, visitors will embark on an exciting journey of discovery and sound interaction through works created by the artist group Scenocosme (France). Unique musical instruments are integrated with modern technology through the interaction and energy of the player to produce sounds of natural elements, from the solemnity of rocks, the rustling of wind, to the gentleness of water and fire…
In each room, visitors will listen, interact and experience the vivid sounds emitted from one-of-a-kind works of art in the world. Visitors also have the opportunity to experience by directly interacting with the artifacts. Each interaction will bring different levels of sound, creating attraction and excitement for the experiencer.
The musical instruments of the M’nong and Ede ethnic groups such as M’buot, Dinh Nam, Dinh Tac Tar, R’let, Dinh Puot, and M’lo are displayed and performed here.
Coming to the Explora Sound, visitors can feel the majestic melodies such as the sound of waterfalls, the sound of wind, the sound of grass, trees and flowers… all blending together. These are unique characteristics of vast Southern Central Highlands.
