-PREPARATION OF THE CUSTOMER
What to Bring: Passport, change of clothes, sunglasses and hat, toiletries, sunblock, insect repellent, flashlights, good sport shoes, personal first aid kit and medicines, small VND notes for buying drinks. If you feel the need then sleeping bags and a cable lock for your bags is recommended.
-TREKKING INFORMATION
+Trekking times are just estimates and may change depending on your personal fitness and weather.
+Experience: The trek demands some experience in co-ordination, fitness and stamina. The great effort will be rewarded with fantastic views. Clients should have previous trekking experience. Nevertheless, our guide will be flexible to suggest you the most proper trekking route adapted to your physical fitness.

Chao Ban! Welcome to Hanoi, we will meet you at the airport and take you to the downtown. Then we will our city tour with visiting Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and residential grounds learning about his great life. Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature, the site of Vietnam´s first University. Here we will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance. Lunch will be accounted by yourself.
In the afternoon, choose from one of the numerous museums or temples around Hanoi (Museum of Ethnology, Women´s Museum, History Museum or Quan Thanh Temple). That the cyclo tour around the old streets and Hoan Kiem Lake. The tour finishes by 5:00 pm at your hotel.

Arrive in Hanoi station at early morning, our guide and driver will meet you and take you to the mini hotel for shower and basic breakfast. Then at 7:30 AM and transfer 100 km (2.5 hours) to Ninh Binh. Relax on a local rowboat trip as soon as we arrive to Tam Coc. Meander within the karst landscape and float through some local caves. Have lunch on your own at the local restaurant.
Then, take a short transfer to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s 9th century ancient capital, for some cultural sightseeing and storytelling of past kings. Return to Hanoi around 5:30 PM.
You will have a short time for dinner on your own. By 8:30 pm, we will take you to the train station for the night train to Lao Cai. You will be a private cabin (4 soft sleeper cabin) for two of you. Overnight on the train.
Our guide will show you the mini hotel nearby the train station where you will do early check in for shower and basic breakfast before going to Halong Bay on Day 6.

Arrive Arrive Lao Cai at early morning at around 6:30 AM, you are welcomed by our guide at the train station to transfer to the restaurant for freshen up and have breakfast, then we will go ahead to Bac Ha market which is a traditional market opening every Sunday. The market is packed with different ethnic minorities coming from different villages. Their vibrant trading activities last from early morning till midday. Look for hand-made fabrics, the black smithing area, as well as the buffalo zone.
You will enjoy the dinner on your own at local restaurant, then transfer you to Sapa town. Stop on the way visit the tribe village if the time permits. Check in hotel on arrival & stay overnight at Victoria Sapa resort.

Have breakfast at hotel, then at 8:00 AM our will meet you, then we take a short transfer and we’re off. Chances to meet and talk with locals working in the fields are plentiful. Arrive in Ta Phin village – home of the Red Dao people at noon time, greetings by host, and enjoy the lunch there. Then more walking to visit around the village, and do short walk to the main road where the driver wait for us and pick us back to Sapa town. Check in hotel, rest and dinner on your own.

Wake up in Sapa town, at 8:00 am breakfast at the hotel then enjoy the morning activities in the town markets. Today, we take an easy walk to Cat Cat village, home of Black H’mong. Take part in a traditional musical performance. Back in Sapa town for check out hotel and have lunch on your own.
In the afternoon, you will visit around Sapa town with the orchid gardens at Dragon Mountain.
The tour will finish around 17:00. Stay overnight at hotel in Sapa.

Then we will transfer you to the Lao Cai station for night train back Hanoi. Overnight on the train. The train depart is at 8:30 PM on an AC soft sleeper class cabin to Hanoi (2 private cabins).
Note: The music show in Cat Cat village is closed on Tuesday afternoon. We will arrange and alternative activity.

Arrive in Hanoi station at early morning, you will walk on your own to the mini hotel, check in for shower and basic breakfast before going to Halong Bay.
By 7:00 – 7:15 AM, you will depart for Halong Bay on shared van (about 4 hours) from your hotel. Arrive at the port around noon. Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. You enjoy a fresh and local seafood lunch while cruising to explore the magic Bai Tu Long Bay. Stop for a swim and visit the mysterious cave. Relax at our secluded island-beach or explore by kayak. Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner.

Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s landscape with towering limestone. You have breakfast at around 8:00 AM before our short rowboat by the locals of the bay.
We’ll begin to head back to the Halong port and disembark about 11:45 but before then have time for one last lunch and more cruising. Hit the road back Hanoi around 16:30 PM. The bus of the boat will drop you off at the hotel in Hanoi. Check in & overnight in Hanoi.

Have breakfast at hotel, then you will be free to relax until our driver takes you to the airport for the flight back home. Your trip finishes with full of memories.
